Katipatch Catchup Issue 25 - 14th February 2008

Dear Patchworkers,

Now that we have been open for 2 years our little shop has grown from humble beginnings with the encouragement of people just like you. We know that word of mouth is the best form of advertising, and your support has increased our database, and therefore our business, so we want to reward the people who are helping our business to grow. If you introduce someone new (not yet on our database) for a class, you get a 20% discount on the class fee. If you introduce someone new for our database, we will give you a small gift.

Those doing the Classic Candlewick BOM will be interested to know that we have sourced some lace for the sashings at only $4.50 per metre. We have just ordered more patterns for this Block of the Month as it has been so popular. If you are interested in starting this beautiful quilt or would like to see a photo, please contact us on 07 549 5900 or info@katipatch.co.nz

The Emerald 183 from Husqvarna Viking is a user-friendly, computerized sewing machine. Not a mechanical knob in sight! All stitch selections are made with the touch of a finger and shown in the very bright, well-lit Infodisplay. The machine has 83 wonderful stitches that can be adjusted to your preferences then programmed and saved. The special price for Feb and March is $999.
